D’Equí

This Hazy IPA pours with a vibrant, opaque glow, immediately releasing a powerful bouquet of tropical and citrus notes. The combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro hops creates a layered sensory experience, led by intense mango, passion fruit, and a distinct creamy coconut undertone. On the palate, the fruit-forward character dominates, supported by a soft, bready malt presence. Its restrained perceived bitterness and pillowy texture emphasize a juicy quality, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish. Refreshing yet complex, it balances the bold New World hop profile with a delicate fermentation character and a subtle, clean alcohol presence.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-7 SRM), displaying a characteristic opaque haze with a luminous shine. It features a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring tropical fruit like mango and pineapple, stone fruit, and bright citrus. Distinct notes of coconut and cream from the Sabro addition are present. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with light fruity esters.

Taste. Explodes with fruity hop flavors including tangerine, blueberry, and tropical stone fruits. Low to medium-low bitterness provides a soft balance against the malt. The malt character is lightly grainy and supportive. The finish is smooth, off-dry, and lingering with a saturated hop essence without any vegetal harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation enhances the juicy sensation. Smooth and approachable with very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
