Appearance. Deep gold to light orange color (7-9 SRM). The beer shows slight haze from high hopping rates, topped with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring a complex blend of citrus, passion fruit, white grape, and peach. Supportive neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a very light, smooth alcohol note.
Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of crushed gooseberry, tangerine, and stone fruit dominate from the start. High bitterness is present but smooth and well-integrated. Low, clean malt character provides a minimal backbone, leading to a dry, crisp finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
