This unique Winter Seasonal Beer from Brouwerij De Ranke defies tradition by trading heavy sweetness for a bold, refreshing bitterness. A base of Pale and Munich malts provides a toasty backbone, while Caramel malt adds a deep amber hue and subtle richness. The hop profile is assertive and complex, featuring the spicy, floral elegance of Hallertau alongside the earthy, dark fruit nuances of Brewers Gold. Appearance. Deep amber to copper (SRM 12-14); brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
