Appearance. Deep golden to soft orange hue (SRM 6–8) with a slight haze from fruit solids. Pours with a thick, rocky, white mousse-like head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fermented nectarine and apricot-like stone fruit. Supported by a complex wild character featuring barnyard funk, dusty hay, and a sharp lactic acidity. No hop aroma is present; light notes of aged oak and flour-like wheat persist.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing. Dominant flavors of fermented nectarine skin and juicy stone fruit are integrated with a complex, funky Gueuze base. No hop bitterness is perceived, allowing the lactic acidity to provide the structure. The finish is bone-dry and clean, with lingering tartness and a subtle earthy, woody depth.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a prickly, high carbonation that enhances the acidic scrub. Notable puckering quality without harsh astringency; very low, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
