This Hazy IPA presents a luminous, opaque appearance, signaling a saturated sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by an intense, candy-like hop profile where Anchovy and HBC-630 hops deliver vivid notes of watermelon candies, ripe raspberries, and sweet cherries, accented by a subtle banana ester. Mosaic hops anchor the bouquet with a characteristic resinous, dank undertone reminiscent of classic Pacific Northwest varieties. On the palate, the soft, pillowy malt profile supports a deluge of tropical and red fruit flavors. Appearance. 4 SRM. Deep straw to light orange color with an opaque, hazy glow. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, tiered lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent watermelon, raspberry, and cherry candy notes. A distinctive resinous, dank character provides depth. Low bready malt and subtle banana esters are present in the background; no diacetyl or DMS.
Taste. High hop flavor of tropical stone fruit, berries, and melon. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a neutral base. Bitterness is medium-low and very smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and showcases lingering fruit skin and resinous hop oils.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or hop burn.
