A base of pale wheat beer, spontaneously fermented and matured in French oak, provides a rustic, textured canvas for the fruit. The sensory experience is led by expressive aromas of fresh red cherry and strawberry, intertwined with delicate floral notes and a subtle earthy undertone. On the palate, the berry-forward character persists, complemented by nuances of black pepper, faint smokiness, and structured tannins from the grape skins and seeds. Appearance. Luminous ruby to deep rosé with brilliant clarity. Pours with a delicate, pink-tinted head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.
