Tasting Notes: Deep, rich damson on the nose with hints of spice/almonds and wild fermentation. Juicy dark plum and berry on the palate, balanced by firm acidity and subtle tannins. Rounded oak character leads to a dry, elegant finish.
Ingredients: Malted barley, raw wheat, aged hops, damsons, water.
