This Dunkles Weissbier presents a robust and indulgent interpretation of the classic German wheat style, characterized by its elevated 6.4% ABV. The sensory experience is defined by a sophisticated interplay between traditional yeast esters and deep specialty malts. Aromas of ripe banana merge seamlessly with evocative notes of fresh coffee and rich toffee. On the palate, the beer delivers a velvety, creamy texture that carries toasted bread crust and subtle roasted nuances. While rooted in its wheat foundations, a faint hint of smoke adds complexity. The result is a full-bodied, persistent experience where malty sweetness and toasted depth are balanced by a clean, lingering roasted finish.

Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark copper (14–23 SRM). Displays a thick, moussy, and long-lasting off-white head with excellent lacing. The body is hazy with a characteristic yeast shine.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent ripe banana esters and light clove phenols are well-balanced by a rich malt profile of toffee, toasted bread crust, and a distinct note of coffee. Low to no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial malty sweetness featuring toffee and toasted grain. Moderate banana esters are supported by low clove phenols. The palate is well-rounded with a persistent, slightly dry toasted malt character and a very light, integrated smoke nuance. Very low bitterness and minimal herbal hop flavor.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctly velvety and creamy texture. High carbonation provides an effervescent, fluffy sensation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being harsh.
