On the palate, a clean, grainy malt foundation allows the assertive, layered bitterness to shine without interference. Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-9 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent apricot marmalade, orange zest, and deep resinous pine. Low, clean, bready malt supports the hop profile. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
