Polymorphism is a sophisticated Experimental Beer that blurs the lines between modern brewing and viticulture. Drawing inspiration from orange wine, it presents a complex profile of dried apricot, citrus pith, and a subtle tannic grip. Old-world aromatics provide a floral and herbal backdrop, while familiar hop notes contribute layers of resinous depth. At 7% ABV, it offers a sturdy structure with a clean, vinous acidity that elevates the sensory experience. This hybrid creation balances the adventurous spirit of Cloudwater with a refined, dry finish, delivering a unique exploration of texture and flavor for the curious palate.

Appearance. Deep gold to burnished amber (8-12 SRM) with a slight, hazy glow reminiscent of unfiltered wine. Topped with a persistent, fine-beaded off-white head that leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of bruised peach, dried orange peel, and earthy grape skins. Floral and herbal old-world aromatics are prominent, supported by a mild cracker-like malt base and a hint of spicy fermentation character.

Taste. Initial impression is dry and vinous, followed by flavors of white currant, apricot, and orange zest.
