Polymorphism is a sophisticated Experimental Beer that blurs the lines between modern brewing and viticulture. Drawing inspiration from orange wine, it presents a complex profile of dried apricot, citrus pith, and a subtle tannic grip. Appearance. Deep gold to burnished amber (8-12 SRM) with a slight, hazy glow reminiscent of unfiltered wine. Topped with a persistent, fine-beaded off-white head that leaves delicate lacing.
