This American Pale Ale showcases a modern hop profile led by a trio of Talus, HBC 586, and Loral. The sensory experience begins with a high-intensity bouquet where the floral elegance of Loral meets the resinous, dank punch of HBC 586. Talus provides a sophisticated layer of dried roses and tropical fruit, contributing to a distinctive creamy finish that softens the bitterness. Supported by a lean, bready malt backbone, the palate is balanced yet hop-forward. Expect a refreshing, clean fermentation profile that allows the intricate interplay of classic floral notes and contemporary pungent aromatics to remain the vibrant centerpiece.

Appearance. Pours a deep golden (SRM 6-8) with brilliant clarity. It supports a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma defined by floral notes of lavender and dried herbs from Loral, transitioning into the dank, resinous, and tropical fruit character of HBC 586. Subtle grapefruit and rosewater notes from Talus emerge as it warms. Malt is secondary, providing a low, clean, grainy-sweet scent with faint toasted bread.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of floral and tropical fruit. Loral contributes a spicy, herbal quality, while HBC 586 adds a punchy, resinous depth.
