Cierzo Citra is a vibrant American IPA that serves as a focused showcase for the Citra hop variety. Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color (6–8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a slight haze acceptable; features a medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent Citra characteristics of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit. Supported by low, clean, grainy maltiness and a neutral fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.

Taste. High hop flavor consistent with aroma, showcasing tropical fruit and citrus zest. Medium-high to high bitterness is firm but clean. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a supportive background without caramel interference. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.
