Luminous gold and slightly hazy, it opens with an inviting bouquet of sweet grainy-sweet malt and vibrant citrus esters reminiscent of orange zest. The signature Achouffe yeast contributes a delicate peppery spice, further enhanced by a subtle, aromatic touch of vanilla. On the palate, light crackery malts balance a soft, honey-like sweetness before transitioning into a crisp, dry finish.
