Appearance. Deep straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM). Distinctive haze from the inclusion of wine lees. Persistent, fine-beaded white head with moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by vinous notes of Muscat grapes—floral, perfumed, and slightly spicy—mixed with the green apple and lemon citrus of Chardonnay. Subtle rustic Brett character provides hints of wet hay and aged leather. Low malt presence, yielding to fruit and fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and refreshingly crisp. Flavors of white grape, apricot, and a light mineral tang from the Jura lees dominate the palate. Hop bitterness is very low, allowing the delicate acidity and fruit esters to lead.
