La Cherry Chouffe est brassée à partir d'une base de bière blonde de haute fermentation, caractérisée par des notes fruitées, épicées et légèrement sucrées. Après la fermentation, de vraies cerises sont ajoutées pendant la période de maturation pour infuser leur arôme et leur saveur distinctifs dans la bière.
La Cherry Chouffe peut être appréciée comme une bière de dégustation à part entière, mais elle se marie également bien avec différents plats. Son profil fruité et légèrement sucré en fait un bon compagnon pour les desserts à base de fruits, les fromages doux ou crémeux, ainsi que les plats épicés ou équilibrés.
