Es wird von der Brasserie d’Achouffe gebraut und zeichnet sich durch seine tiefrote Farbe und ein harmonisches Zusammenspiel von Kirsche, Mandel und dezenter Würze aus. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 8 % vol. hat es eine vollmundige, aber ausgewogene Note, die durch sanfte Bitterkeit abgerundet wird. Die Flasche ist oft mit dem ikonischen Zwerg (Chouffe) verziert, der das verspielte und traditionelle Image der Brauerei symbolisiert. Ein einzigartiges Bier für Genießer!

Dal birrificio: "Gli gnomi adorano le birre di Achouffe ma amano anche le succose ciliegie che crescono nella loro magica regione. Ogni anno le conservano nelle soffitte del birrificio. Un giorno, sotto il peso del raccolto, il pavimento cedette. Le ciliegie caddero in una Mc Chouffe che era in preparazione. I piccoli gnomi dispettosi coprirono l'incidente. Sorpreso di trovare una birra radiosa dal gusto fruttato, il mastro birraio finalmente decise di imbottigliarla. Oggi Cherry Chouffe si beve con raffinatezza, per non macchiare la barba, e sempre in simpatica compagnia."
