Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (approx 5 SRM) with an opaque, luminous haze. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by Idaho 7 hops, presenting notes of sweet citrus marmalade, tangerine, and ripe tropical fruits. Distinctive peach and stone fruit esters from fermentation support the hops, while a background of neutral, grainy-sweet malt provides balance.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of sweet tangerine and bright tropical fruit flavors, including pineapple and ripe melon. Idaho 7 contributes a subtle woody pine complexity that integrates with the stone fruit and white peach notes. Malt flavor is low, suggesting clean, bready grains. Bitterness is medium-low and clean, never harsh, leading to a juicy, off-dry finish with lingering tropical fruit.
