Our brewers are excited to be rolling out another Surfbreak, this time championing Idaho 7, a hop that isn't utilised in hazy dogs enough. Idaho 7 throws most of the sweeter fruit character, and coupled with a yeast expression in the 7.5% range, means the esther production is supporting the hop regime. Expect notes of peach and fresh stonefruit to also come out to play, rounding out this super crushable hazy boi. AROMA: Big sweet citrus marmalade aroma supported with tropical fruits. TASTE: Idaho 7 presents up front with sweet tangerine notes and a hint of woody pine, supporting hops cut through with a clean bitterness, followed by a bright tropical fruit bowl of pineapple, ripe melon and fresh cut white peaches.
