Assim, em finais de 2012 começa a frequentar workshops e cursos, e com a aquisição de algum equipamento faz a sua 1ª elaboração de cerveja.

José Pesquinha, natural de Rio Maior, Santarém, Ribatejo, tem hoje como objetivo, elaborar cerveja exclusivamente com ingredientes naturais.
Desenhar, criar e produzir cervejas que ofereçam aos apreciadores sabores e aromas únicos e distintos, que tenham a identidade da região, e que lhes permitam desfrutar, sozinhos ou em companhia, o que a vida tem de bom para oferecer.
