CYPREZ fue fundada e inició sus operaciones comerciales en agosto de 2016. Desde entonces hemos cocinado decenas de recetas de especialidad cervecera de la más alta calidad. Razón que nos llena de orgullo, satisfacción y fecilidad al poder compartir la mejor cerveza de la Ciudad de México con todo aque que goce tenerla en los sentidos.
Algunos pintan, otros escriben, nosotros elegimos hecer cerveza como nuestro medio de expresión, adoptando la antigua función de un Cicerone como guía para nuevas experiencias; para nosotros la ruta del descubrimiento cervecero.
