This West Coast Pilsner delivers a vibrant sensory experience, bridging classic European lager tradition with modern hop-forward intensity. A brilliant straw pour supports a persistent creamy white head, releasing a bouquet of flowery and herbal notes layered with subtle resin. The palate is defined by a clean, crackery malt base that yields quickly to a firm, assertive bitterness characteristic of its German Pils heritage. At 5.2% ABV, it remains exceptionally crisp and refreshing, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, clean hop snap and a flinty, mineral-driven edge that defines its refreshing character.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by flowery and spicy hop notes, complemented by light resinous and herbal undertones. Malt presence is low, offering hints of toasted cracker and fresh dough. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial malt notes of white bread and cracker are rapidly overtaken by a sharp, medium-high hop bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with spicy, herbal, and light pine character. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and no harshness.
