This American IPA is a focused showcase for the Citra hop, delivering an intense and vibrant sensory experience. It opens with an explosive bouquet of pink grapefruit, zesty lime, and ripe mango, supported by a subtle, clean grainy malt presence. The palate is decidedly hop-forward, where the punchy citrus and tropical notes of Citra meet a firm, crisp bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Appearance. Medium gold (6–8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Citra characters of grapefruit, tropical lychee, and lime zest. Low, clean, cracker-like maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.
