This American IPA is a focused showcase for the Citra hop, delivering an intense and vibrant sensory experience. It opens with an explosive bouquet of pink grapefruit, zesty lime, and ripe mango, supported by a subtle, clean grainy malt presence. The palate is decidedly hop-forward, where the punchy citrus and tropical notes of Citra meet a firm, crisp bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Effervescent and refreshing, its medium-light body and clean fermentation profile allow the multifaceted citrus layers to remain the primary focus, embodying a classic, bright single-hop presentation.

Appearance. Medium gold (6–8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Citra characters of grapefruit, tropical lychee, and lime zest. Low, clean, cracker-like maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.

Taste. Initial impression of bright citrus and tropical fruit. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a bready foundation. High hop bitterness is firm but smooth, leading to a dry, clean finish with a lingering citrus peel aftertaste.
