Aged in Highland Park Scotch whiskey barrels that previously held Spanish sherry, the beer exudes a complex profile of rich toffee and concentrated dried fruits like fig and date. The barrel influence introduces a subtle heather-like peat and vinous character that integrates seamlessly with the malt. At 14.5% ABV, it presents a significant but smooth warmth that balances the dense, chewy texture.
