This is the Ist beer in the US to be aged in Scotch whiskey barrels from Highland Park Distillery located on the island of Orkney in Scotland. This BW was skillfully crafted with almost 90% Scottish malted barley from Simpson's Malt, which is also one of the malts that HP incorporates in their whiskey. During aging in
