Elaboramos cerveza tradicionales irlandeses y nuestra propia interpretación de estilos de cerveza internacionales, incluyendo nuestras stouts y cervezas de trigo, todo lleva el nombre de los fundadores de la cervecería familiar, O ’ Haras.
Cada cerveza se hace artesanalmente usando métodos de elaboración clásicos para crear las cervezas de estilos tradicionales irlandeses que han sido olvidados desde hace mucho tiempo por muchas de las cervecerías más grandes. Utilizamos sólo cuatro ingredientes principales; agua, malta, lúpulo y levadura para producir la gama más amplia de cerveza artesanal de calidad.
