Cape May’s Always Ready is a vibrant Northeast Pale Ale that balances hop intensity with sessionable drinkability. Highlighting a lush profile of tropical fruits, the aroma is dominated by vivid notes of pineapple, mango, and bright citrus zest. The addition of wheat and oats provides a supportive, soft malt backbone and a distinctively smooth, medium body that anchors the hop-bomb character. While inspired by modern juicy trends, it maintains the approachable balance of a classic American Pale Ale. Appearance. Deep gold (6 SRM) with a slight haze from the inclusion of wheat and oats. Topped by a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
