This West Coast style Double IPA showcases a robust interplay between its sturdy English Pale malt foundation and a classic American hop profile. The aroma is dominated by the resinous and piney depths of Columbus and Simcoe, accented by the sharp citrus spray of Citra. On the palate, a firm bitterness asserts itself quickly, yet it remains balanced by a subtle, grainy malt sweetness. The high alcohol content provides a gentle, integrated warmth that carries the pungent hop oils through a crisp, dry finish. It is a bold, intensely hoppy experience that prioritizes clarity and a clean fermentation profile.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper; brilliant clarity; moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent resin, damp pine, and grapefruit zest. Low, clean, bready malt background. Neutral fermentation character with a very subtle hint of clean alcohol.
