Appearance. Luminous straw to deep gold with a dense, opaque haze and a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatic burst dominated by tropical and stone fruits. Lupomax Bru-1 contributes sharp pineapple and ripe stone fruit, while Lupomax Citra adds layers of grapefruit and lime zest. A clean, lightly bready malt presence supports the hops without adding sweetness or toast.
Taste. Explodes with saturated flavors of mango, pineapple, and citrus. The mid-palate is remarkably fruity, leading to a hallmark peach flavor in the aftertaste.
