Lazarus is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases an intense aromatic profile driven by a heavy double dry hopping of Lupomax Bru-1 and Lupomax Citra. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing high-intensity notes of ripe pineapple and zesty citrus against a soft, bready malt backdrop. The experience is defined by a luxurious, creamy texture that carries saturated hop flavors across the palate. Distinctive stone fruit characteristics from the Lupomax Bru-1 emerge prominently, lingering into a marked peach flavor in the aftertaste. With its restrained bitterness and lush mouthfeel, this beer exemplifies the juicy, modern hop expression characteristic of the style.

Appearance. Luminous straw to deep gold with a dense, opaque haze and a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatic burst dominated by tropical and stone fruits. Lupomax Bru-1 contributes sharp pineapple and ripe stone fruit, while Lupomax Citra adds layers of grapefruit and lime zest. A clean, lightly bready malt presence supports the hops without adding sweetness or toast.

Taste. Explodes with saturated flavors of mango, pineapple, and citrus. The mid-palate is remarkably fruity, leading to a hallmark peach flavor in the aftertaste. Hop bitterness is low to moderate and smoothly integrated, providing just enough structure to balance the soft, bready malt. The finish is off-dry and clean, emphasizing lingering fruit esters.
