A meticulous 90-day lagering process yields a remarkably smooth and rounded profile, where the firm bitterness remains soft and integrated rather than sharp. Each sip reveals layers of toasted biscuit and herbal complexity, finishing clean with a lingering crispness. It is a harmonious balance of deep malt character and refreshing hop presence, underpinned by a soft, artesian water mouthfeel.
Appearance. Deep gold color (5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that provides excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring rich, bready, and cracker-like maltiness. Complemented by a prominent spicy and herbal hop bouquet. Fermentation is very clean, though a faint, buttery diacetyl note is acceptable.
Taste. Complex, bready malt flavors with a slight toasted biscuit quality. Bitterness is prominent and firm but maintains a soft, rounded edge without any harshness. Hop flavors are floral and spicy. The finish is long and balanced between malt richness and a crisp, herbal aftertaste.
