Appearance. Deep straw to golden yellow (4-6 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze. A thick, rocky, white meringue-like head sits atop, showing excellent retention and leaving dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with mango and passionfruit, alongside bright citrus notes of orange peel and lime zest. Subtle stone fruit qualities reminiscent of peach are present.
