Brussels Beer Project TERRA PILS presents a vibrant, fresh profile defined by a rustic, grainy malt backbone reminiscent of toasted crackers and light honey. Traditional noble hops provide a moderate intensity of herbal and spicy aromas, perfectly counterbalanced by a firm, clean bitterness. Being unfiltered, it retains a soft yeast character that enhances the mouthfeel while maintaining the style’s hallmark dry, crisp finish. It is an approachable yet characterful lager that bridges the gap between classic tradition and sustainable modern brewing.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM); creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing; slight haze due to being unfiltered.
Aroma. Moderate intensity of herbal and spicy hops; low grainy-sweet and doughy malt character with a hint of toasted cracker; clean lager fermentation profile with a very faint, fresh yeast presence.
Taste. Initial grainy malt sweetness is quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness; flavors of herbal tea and spicy pepper dominate the mid-palate; medium-high bitterness provides a clean, crisp balance; finish is dry and refreshing with a lingering minerality and floral hop aftertaste.
