The use of smoked malt in combination with the specialty of Brouwerij Van Steenberge gives a spectacular result: heavy quality beer of top fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle, baptized as the Gulden Draak Smoked. The smoked malt in the recipe creates a velvety, roasted taste in the beer.
