As a refined German Pils, it remains light and brilliantly clear, delivering a sharp, refreshing bitterness that cuts through the bready sweetness. Appearance. Brilliant straw to pale gold (2–3 SRM) with a tall, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine, delicate lacing.
