A what, you say? A Cold I.P.A.? But what exactly is a Cold IPA? 

Here at Boneface, we took our house lager yeast (these are the wee beasties that are referred to as “bottom-fermenting yeast”, whereas ale yeasts are referred to as top-fermenting yeast) and fermented this brew cool, before allowing the temperature to rise naturally before dry-hopping. This rise helps us to extract the maximum hoppy goodness from our combination of Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic dry hop. We used a solid amount of Citra and a special Centennial hop oil during brewing as well.

Appearance - Gold with a fluffy white head
Aroma - Pine needles, lemon zest, pink grapefruit juice and fresh passionfruit
Flavour - Soft, clean malt profile. Bittersweet orange soda. Medium-low bitterness and a resinous finish
