Blender. Formation

Left Handed Giant is a community-owned Bristol brewery, mastering diverse styles with creativity and independence since 2014. Their ‘Blender.’ project is a focus on the mix of styles, additions and barrels. A space for the brew team to push the parameters of traditional styles and adding their own modern twist to the equation.

Formation is the latest iteration in the project – A blend of five mixed fermentation, barrel-aged Saisons, aged in ex-red wine French oak ranging from 12-18th months in wood.
