The sensory journey begins with an aromatic bouquet of ripe peach and bright lime from the Triumph hops, harmonizing with the classic grapefruit and floral lift of Cascade. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone allows these hop layers to shine, introducing subtle hints of spice and orange zest. This beer maintains a firm, integrated bitterness that leads into a crisp, dry finish, balancing modern fruit-forward hop character with the classic, hop-dominant structure of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, attractive haze. It features a medium-sized, long-lasting white head with fine lacing.
