The Mosaic hops deliver an explosion of ripe mango, blueberry, and stone fruit, while the Columbus adds a sophisticated layer of resinous dankness and subtle black pepper that prevents the sweetness from becoming cloying. A soft, grainy malt base supports these intense aromatics, leading to a velvety, plush palate. With its signature opaque glow and restrained bitterness, this beer balances tropical fruit intensity with a clean, hop-saturated finish that exemplifies the modern, pillowy character of the style.
Appearance. Pale gold to light amber with a deep, opaque haze. Features a tall, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
