The Mosaic hops deliver an explosion of ripe mango, blueberry, and stone fruit, while the Columbus adds a sophisticated layer of resinous dankness and subtle black pepper that prevents the sweetness from becoming cloying. A soft, grainy malt base supports these intense aromatics, leading to a velvety, plush palate.
