On the palate, decadent waves of bittersweet chocolate and fudge are punctuated by a savory hint of salt, which enhances the perception of roast and dark fruit. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (40+ SRM). It features a dense, creamy, dark tan head with moderate retention and leaves thick, oily legs on the glass due to high viscosity and alcohol content.
