Birra Flea Violante is an evocative Belgian Golden Strong Ale that marries traditional fermentation complexity with a distinctive malt backbone. Pouring a rich gold with a dense, creamy, and persistent head, it leads with an aroma of ripe pear and delicate herbal hops, underscored by a subtle peppery phenol character. Unlike more bone-dry examples, this pure malt expression reveals an intense palate where soft pome fruit esters meet unexpected, nuanced layers of caramel and toasted hazelnut.
