Appearance. Deep copper with gold highlights (SRM 14-16); brilliant clarity. Large, creamy, and persistent off-white head with moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; rich bready-malty aroma with pronounced toasty overtones and Maillard products. Distinctive honey notes and a noticeable, clean alcohol presence are evident. Virtually no hop aroma with a clean lager character.
Taste. Initial impression of rich, complex maltiness and honey-like sweetness, dominated by toasty Maillard products. Hop bitterness is low, providing minimal support to the malt profile. No hop flavor. The finish is excessively dry and dominated by a lingering, clean alcohol warmth, characteristic of its high gravity.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Significant, noticeable alcohol warmth is present, reflecting the 12% ABV, but remains smooth without harshness or astringency.
