This Belgian Blond Ale offers a sophisticated sensory profile, opening with a floral bouquet of freshly cut straw and the aroma of grilled cereals. Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Crowned by a large, dense, and creamy white head that displays excellent retention and leaves thick Belgian lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt and toasted bread notes, with a subtle suggestion of honey. The yeast profile provides moderate fruity esters of apricot and banana, accompanied by light spicy-peppery phenols and a floral, earthy hop character reminiscent of freshly cut straw.

Taste. Initial impression is of smooth, grainy-sweet malt and grilled cereals. The palate develops with faint honey-like sweetness balanced by moderate hop bitterness.
