Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt and toasted bread notes, with a subtle suggestion of honey. The yeast profile provides moderate fruity esters of apricot and banana, accompanied by light spicy-peppery phenols and a floral, earthy hop character reminiscent of freshly cut straw.
