Pressed Mechanically is a decadent Wild Specialty Beer that bridges the gap between a sharp American Wild Ale and a lush fruit purée. This heavily fruited sour pours with intense saturation, driven by a generous addition of blackberries and sweet cherries that dominate the sensory profile. The aroma is a fragrant blend of jammy dark fruit and the complex, spiced-vanilla notes of tonka beans. On the palate, a crisp lactic acidity is masterfully balanced by the rich, smoothing influence of caramel, creating a pastry-like depth.
