Green Stream is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a lush, tropical bouquet driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Bru-1, Eclipse, and Mosaic hops. The sensory journey begins with an explosion of fresh pineapple and sweet mandarin orange, underpinned by complex layers of ripe mango and stone fruit. On the palate, the soft, pillowy body delivers waves of juicy citrus and berry notes, supported by a subtle, bready malt foundation. A restrained bitterness allows the hop oils to shine, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish that captures the essence of a modern, juice-forward ale.

Appearance. Straw to light orange in color (4-6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Topped with a dense, white, meringue-like head that demonstrates high retention and leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grilled pineapple, zest-heavy mandarin, and ripe blueberries. Underlying notes of stone fruit and a light resinous pine are supported by a neutral, grainy malt character. Fermentation esters are complementary and fruity.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor echoing the aroma with layers of tropical juice, citrus peel, and mixed berries. The malt provides a low, bready support without any caramel or toast. Perceived bitterness is moderate but soft, balancing the off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-focused with no hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, with no starchiness or acidic twang.
