Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM). Topped with a dense, dark tan head that shows moderate retention and leaves viscous legs on the glass, likely due to high alcohol and hazelnut oils.
Aroma. High intensity. Rich roasted malt character featuring bittersweet chocolate, cocoa, and heavy espresso. Prominent toasted hazelnut aroma dominates, accompanied by low dark fruit esters like plum and raisin. Alcohol is noticeable but clean.
