This American Amber Ale presents a classic, robust interplay between specialty malts and punchy New World hops. Appearance. Deep copper to reddish-amber in color (14–17 SRM). The beer is brilliant with high clarity, topped by a moderately large, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a balance of toasted bread and rich caramel maltiness. Hop character is moderately low, featuring notes of grapefruit peel and woodsy pine. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters and an absence of roasted or diacetyl notes.
